I had drawn up a panel in AutoCad, and a local shop (now out of business) cut the panels that Doug sells. The programing of the cnc took about 4 hours, the actual cutting took :30 minutes. Really fascinating to watch! The fit and finish is perfect. However I had believe I have that file around anymore. Although I still do a lot of cad drawing its for fun. I have a blank panel from Doug that I'd like cut. I know I can cut the holes myself but the CNC machine does a MUCH nicer job! Laser cutter programming took about a half an hour, and the actual laser cutting was about 90 seconds. Page one of the attached pdf is the layout, and page two is fresh out of the laser cutter. Jeff.
