Check to make sure you have proper pressure there (I'm on the road and don't recall the number). That is considerable unbalance and run out of the rim. You can not fix run out after manufacture of the wheel. But you can do a lot more to balance the wheels by adding lead weights to the rims. With the main wheels you can put stick-on weights inside the rim - see photo. With the nose wheel there is less scope for that. But I would pour lead into the cavity opposite the valve, let it cool, then take it out, clean and degrease the weight and rim cavity and glue it in with silicone. The unbalance is mainly caused by the valve and rubber block of the inner tube. In fact this can be more than 150 grams/ 5 ounces. You would definitely not accept that on your car.
