I fly with a bose X and a lightspeed zulu in my CJ and I'm tired of not enough
volume. Headset volume and intercom volume all the way up and I have to cup my
ears to hear the backseater. Radio volume is not a problem. I've already forgotten
which intercom I own but I need something different. What have you got,
if you're happy with?
Thanks,
Mike

Mine had weak audio till I discovered someone had put the plastic isolation washers
under the headphone jacks instead of the microphone jacks. I have had good
luck with PS Engineering and Sigtronics. If you have a Sigtronics their customer
service is very helpful, and they will send you a free loaner unit to see
if that's the problem vs. a wiring issue.

I have the PS engineering PM 1200 2 place High noise intercom and it works
great in my CJ. The voice activated feature works very well also. It even
works in my T-6.
