Subject: MT FW 190 Replica prop
    From: Byron Fox <byronmfox@gmail.com>
"In fairness to MT, that F-W 190 style prop is purely for show. It is not suitable for anything but the most gentle of aerobatics, and gives far less performance than the standard MTV-9 with the - 29 blades." Richard Goode Richard is absolutely correct. A CJ with a stock prop and engine walks away from our M14P equipped CJ with the FW 190 prop. I would observe, howeve r, that Richard is younger than I, and consequently does not require the testos terone enhancement that I do at 73. Condor, Weeds and Little Wood must also have the same deple ted levels. Blitz Sent from my iPhone

Phil, I have had a CJ since 92. The 3 rd one in Canada and had some 3 rd class stuff too but never what you had. Most folks can't wait to get a ride and we charge for that here - pays gas etc. I just did the Princeton, BC International Airshow and the CJ is always a hit. Did acros show and form with 2 Harvard's and as Walt says - we all get along very well. Subject: Yak 52 Rudder mod
We had these rudders designed by Slava Kondratiev, who designed the Sukhoi SU 26 and 29. So they were all composite construction, and designed to give greater rudder authority to improve spin recovery. We installed them on a few 52s that we were restoring in Russia, and also sold a few conversion kits. They were of course experimental, but worked well Richard Goode Rhodds Farm Lyonshall Hereford HR5 3LW United Kingdom Tel: +94 (0) 81 241 5137 (Sri Lanka) Tel: +44 (0) 1544 340120 Fax: +44 (0) 1544 340129 www.russianaeros.com I'm currently in Sri Lanka but this Mail is working, and my local phone is +94 779 132 160. -----Original Message----- From: owner-yak-list-server@matronics.com [mailto:owner-yak-list-server@matronics.com] On Behalf Of Yakbaas Sent: Sunday, July 22, 2012 11:53 PM Subject: Yak-List: Yak 52 Rudder mod Hi All Can anyone share info on the square rudder mod .A friend bought one ,I think the only one here in SA.
