Russian and Chinese cyl base nuts are both 14mm.
I carry the Chinese cyl base nut wrenches in stock.

I have the parts manuals converted digitally and translated to English. But if
you have the maintenance manuals converted digitally I would like a copy.
And if anyone need a copy of the parts manual (They are no legal issues giving
them to you)Just let me know
