The invited guest speaker this year at Waycross, GA is Chief Warrant Officer
Five (retired) Larry Kulsrud. Larry spent 24 years in the Army as an attack
helicopter pilot serving in many operations and locations such as Desert Storm,
Haiti, Iraq, Cuba, Afghanistan and Somalia. His presentation at "Swamp Thunder"
will focus on his actions while assigned to the 160th Special Operations
Aviation Regiment during operation "Gothic Serpent" in Somalia. Most of you
will recall the best-selling book and blockbuster movie "Blackhawk Down" of this
operation. CW5 Kulsrud was awarded the Silver Star for his role as an AH-6
Attack Pilot providing covering fire for ground forces, both Delta Force and
Army Rangers evacuating wounded Blackhawk helicopter pilots. One particular
event in the movie where Larry is portrayed was as the attack pilot strafing the
bad guys using a infrared strobe light on the building top as his guide. You'll
find his presentation of the hair raising events in Mogadishu awe-inspiring, so
please make plans to join us at "Swamp Thunder" from April 5th through April
7th.

Looking for help with identifying the correct bearing size on the right aileron.
Found a play, removed the aileron to find out that bearing is gone.
Would appreciate for an advice.
Thank you,
Serge

There are actually 4 bearings on the aileron. The inboard bearing and the bearing
on the top where the pushrod connects are 6x19x6 (mm) self aligning bearings.
If i am not mistaken, the outboard and middle bearings on the underside of
the aileron) are unique. I believe Jill will have them in stock.
