Steve, I own the YAK52 in Edgewater, Fl. We just finished the annual condition Inspection and I have listed as many details about the airplane in the "Display Specs" attachment on Barnstormers. I think we are the 3rd owner since the airplane was imported. If you guys get more serious, you can call me direct at (386)547-9880. We are selling because, we bought a hangar last year and I need to finish the apartment and epoxy coat the floor but, I have (3) airplanes and my wife will not let me do anything in the hangar until I sell one of them. So, we are selling the YAK52... Robert Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=398717#398717

It clutched to the cowling with all it's might during t/o roll, the turn to down wind, and base leg. On the turn to final it just gave up. Anyone have a cowling oil filler access door they'd be willing to part with......... Does Craig Payne make these? If Craig doesn't have one, I'm sure Jill does. M14P makes the fuel filler cover plates. I know this because I had to buy one or two from them. So I would guess they also make the oil filler cover as well. Dennis A.
