Colin Can I ask what's up with your prop? (Assuming its a standard 2 blade J9-G1) Has it reached TBO (The Chinese specify 800hrs min) Feel free to contact me off list but if its reached TBO I believe its cheaper to buy new than have the old ones stripped and overhauled. Is there a recommended interval for the landing gear on the 50 to be overhauled (seals, etc.)? Any other life limited (time or calendar) items I should start tracking? Hi all, I tried searching the archives, but no luck. I=99m sure it is there somewhere. My left main strut was a little low. Easy I thought, I have the Chinese tool. Well now I have a completely deflated strut and not sure how to get it inflated again. I=99ve heard that some of the cj folks have put Schrader valves on. If anyone knows which one I should put on, please let me know. Thanks in advance for any help and direction. Jeff
