Subject: CJ Questions
From: "PS" <psalter@aol.com>
My latest Red Star aircraft is on it's way from Vancouver BC by way of a less than friendly customs. Customs was asking for 30% duty but finally relented and let my friend and aircraft continue south. This particular CJ is a 1996 model. I would like to know what mod was done to replace the nosewheel and why? This aircraft has an intake scoop on the right cowl side, I have never seen this. What is it for? Lastly, it has all the Chinese radios and from what my friend told me, the ADF is digital. Anyone ever see one of those? Is the comm radio usable? I am very curious to see this aircraft with my own eyes, it sounds like a nice plane. -------- PS Yeager:"Rules are for those who cannot make their own" Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=411783#411783 Attachments: http://forums.matronics.com//files/cj_6a_trailer_170.jpg
