I do not believe that the Yak 54 has problems in spin recovery, provided
these are done correctly, as is required for any aircraft. However the Yak
52 is very different, and spins, particularly "flat" should not be attempted
without good instruction.

has a problem causing accident.

No - the 50 is very different, and will always recover easily, both erect
and inverted. It has about the same size control surfaces as the 52, but far
less rotational inertia which is what can make flat spin recovery so
prolonged in the 52.
