These screws are a great idea and will reduce some of the 'slop'.
BUT
The gill vane screws are only 1/4th of the problem and if you have worn screws
like the ones shown I can strongly recommend checking & replacing the gill spindles,
gill arms and maybe even the center control ring.
Part Nos for the CJ6 parts are:
H2-6341-01/3 - Gill Spindles (long ones) x 24
H2-6341-01/5 - Gill Spindles (shorter ones) x 3
H2-6341-120 - Gill Arms x 27
H2-6341-600 - Gill Inner Control Ring x1
The whole lot on my CJ was totally shot and was darn right dangerous [Shocked]
If the gills jam shut in flight then you'll probably fry the engine so replacing
all the parts listed above is cheap in comparison.
