Thank you Dennis,
I did not changed propeller angles, and have removed the limit stop, but the problem
was still there. I also wonder if the governor got problem,but I have no
backup governor.

Yes, that is certainly possible since you said the governor on your
engine was exhibiting a leak around the shaft. I'm sure you can purchase
a governor from one of the parts suppliers. Maybe someone on the list
has a used/serviceable governor they would like to sell?

I have installed canopy glass in 2 CJ's. The glass came from Desser
Tire. Has anyone installed canopy glass from LP Aero Plastics?

product.
Was not aware that Desser handled plexiglas.
