Hi Requirement for the YAK-52 in South Africa is 600hours or 15 years. Can't comment on Factory nor '55 in South Africa. Just did the YAK-52 now for an X-Ray (engine removed to check mountings, wings removed, etc, etc) now and they found 1 x Wing bolt cracked. For the rest OK. I replaced all the trim cables in my CJ and the spool on the elevator. Thanks to all that send the diagram and advise. I now need advise on my elevator trim tabs. They are warped and the finish has come off down to the wood and fiber glass. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks Kelley

Subject: HELP, I Need To Find CJ6 Fuel Pump Fittings
    From: "dbotich" <david.botich@gmail.com>
I am trying to find both the inlet and outlet fittings for my fuel pump. These have an M14 thread into the pump and a male flare on the ends to attach to my hoses. I am also trying to locate any other fittings that will allow me to connect my pump in and out. I believe the outlet fitting also has a connection for the fuel pressure line. If you know an other way to do this with SAE fittings and hoses I would like to hear about that. If you have any pictures what these look like installed please send me those.
