Just had a delightful experience with Desser. Back in May, I UPSed a couple of 500X150 mains for retreading for my CJ. Two weeks went by without a wor d from Desser. Left messages and emails, but no response. Odd. Then last we ek using Desser's message feature on its web site, I ask for help. Gus at D esser got right back to me. With UPS's tracking number, Gus confirmed that they'd received the tires but couldn't locate them. "We're very sorry about this. It's not the way we operate.
