I have the Horizon P1000 digital tach in my M14p equipped CJ. The can do it in RPM or % as you wish. Works great, lasts a long time. This has worked several times in the past for me and friends looking for a specific aircraft. I know there is one in Colorado that hasn't moved since it was purchased. I think the guy is scared of it. Last time I saw it it was at KLMO .
