    Dave, Chinese was my language in college. I=99m pretty sure that the simplified characters are: =E4=B8=8D =E5=87=86 =E8=B8=A9 =E8=B8=8F B=C3=B9 zh=C7=94n c=C7=8Eit=C3- Specifically, "=E4=B8=8D=9D means "not"; "=E5=87=86" means "allowed"; "=E8=B8=A9=9D means "tread"; and "=E8=B8=8F" means "step on". So it means "not allowed to tread or step on=9D. =9C No step=9D wold be the corresponding English translation for what we do in aviation. If someone needs this as a file in a .PDF or .JPEG format to make a decal, I=99m happy to do so. Hope this helps.
