Why has this thread split into so many different titles? Weirdest forum format ever! If anyone knows of a way of reliably testing suspect heat-affected coils please do share! We have one known good coil in a spare mag, but pilot aborted take off on his fact finding mission to identify which mag we should put the good coil in... Heat up in oven and do a xxxxx test? (Electrons bewilder me) Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=443429#443429

I made mine out of old sticks and duct tape. Seriously, take the drawing of the Chinese version to a welding shop and have them make a replica. It cost me less than 200 bucks. I had them put a "loop" at the end where the T handle starts to use in a pintlehook. Mine's about 6 feet lon. I'd be happy to post pictures.
