Not directly Yak/CJ related but since we have a good RPA community up there figured
I would ask here.

A friend is looking for a contact at Scottsdale FSDO to begin the process to become
a DPE in Prescott.  Basically anyone to talk to or to avoid.

Anyone up in the PHX area who can comment is really appreciated.
