Hmm that's interesting, not sure i get any fuel coming through my vent line normally but I did once overfill the left hand tank and fuel escaped. I was told not to shut off the main fuel firewall on/off valve under normal conditions. Is this correct or would that cause lack of prime pressure at the wobble pump if the aircraft is left for a few weeks? Not saying you will do it, but botched hammerheads are the perfect way to introduce you to an inverted spin.
