hello,
I know that this is not the appropriate forum but probably anyone could help
me.
I have a friend with a Picas ZAON xrx and he would like to update the
firmware to plug it with a GARMIN 695 but the company is closed.
Where could find any info about it? Any forum?

I have a Sigtronics SAS 440 intercom and an Icom radio. Lately, when I squelch
the intercom, it locks out the mics on pilot and copilot. I sent intercom to
the manufacturer and they tested it as fully functioning. On recent flight ATC
could not hear me until I bypassed the intercom and plugged directly through
the radio. What could cause that if not the intercom?

Check the wiring carefully. If you are using VO X i would switch to push to talk
if you are in a noisy aircraft.

where in the wiring it could be?

FYI. replaced plugs. Then checked wires. Cleaned mag and cap. Then checked
points gap. Then replaced mag cap. None of these fixed problem. Finally
replaced mag itself which fixed the problem. So, how can a bad mag affect only
two cylinders?

Check shielding grounds and make all the jacks have good insulating washers and
are not contacting structure. Remember shields are only grounded at the intercom
end.
