Does anyone in the United States overhaul the M14-P air compressor? I have purchased many parts over the last few years from him. My most recent buy was an M14P and a new hub. He even threw in a few spares with the engine. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend him to any one looking for parts, especially hard to find bits. If he doesn't have them I am almost certain he could get them for you. He has a lot of N.O.S parts too. As for your questions: Parts arrived on time or earlier All parts as described and in good working order No discrepancies like I have had with non English speaking companies Great to work with Cheers, Ant. :D Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=455084#455084 ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 06:26:47 AM PST US Subject: Yak-List: Re: J9_G1 Prop for Housai For sale From: "woodja51" Hi , not trying to tell you how much props are worth , but I just got a brand new prop for my CJ from China ( melbourne based aircraft ) - $2800USD. There seems to be plenty of them in stock there . Admittedly I brought it in myself so low input cost. By the way , the manuals that came with mine indicate a new overhaul life of 1000 hours which I am trying to get amended by AWAL. Not sure if it applies to only newer made props or something ( mine is a 2007 Build prop ). Any docs ( in Chinese probably ) with yours showing similar numbers ? I purchased it from a FedX pilot who had it for 10 years, 2 years ago. She is pretty much stock, except for: Stainless exhaust Spin on oil filter Smoke system 2 VHF radios Huge luggage compartment I installed an SCBA air bottle in the luggage compartment, for main air. The original is still in there. I overhauled the air system and installed a new flap actuator. It has a Garmin 795 and Garmin GDL 39 ADS receiver, which is not included in sale price, but can be had for a good price with the airplane. If you want to haggle I'm asking $75k, otherwise, I'll take 65k. I also have jacks and other support equipment, and spares that I will sell separately at a great price. I don't have any pics yet, I need to get out to the hangar with camera this weekend.
