Is there a replacement lamp for the mercury adjustable floods in both cockpits,
that works every time it's turned on, without warm up delay?

You could do something like that in the mighty Prowler (aka Thunder Pig)...as long
as you were willing to do it in reverse order to the Break.
I installed a US 8 day clock which is (was?) installed in just about everything
in the US...not a rational expense, but it felt right to plop into the cockpit
and wind the clock...and have something in the cockpit for the first step of
most emergency procedures (wind the clock).
