Which ignition harness kit are you using? Did you refill the air tank with nitrogen?
That will work if you have air in the system and only use a bit of N2
to get pressure for start, but if you use a lot of N2 that can cause what you
describe.

I saw that Amazon in the USA sells 14 mm desiccant plugs. About $7 each.

Gord,
I don't think the auto conversion has anything to do with the desiccant
plugs. The spark plug thread, which is 14mm, is the determining factor,
regardless of whether you're using the original plugs or the automotive

Hi All,
Does anyone in Yak Land have, or know where I could get my hands on, a set of English
Maintenance Manuals for the Yak 52?
I am after the Airframe and M-14P Maintenance Manual and IPC (Parts Catalogue).
I have downloaded a few from various sources, and I have a reasonable IPC, but
I can't find a MM. Does anyone do one like we know them here with pictures, expoded
views etc? I must admit to being sopiled a bit with the Boeing and Airbus
manual suite at work.
Any help would be gratefully recieved and appreciated.
Regards
Chris
