Set the trim in neutral (tab lined up with elevator), solder ball onto cabl
e where the micro switch is (mark it first, then move it to a place you hav
e access)

All good except forget the solder ball. Correct fix is to use H2-7250-05
which is the brass crimp on neutral trim stop.
