Does any one know if the rear accessory case simply comes away from the intermediate case on a HS6 , or does it have to be pulled down / aft securing bolt removed to detach it ? The manuals indicate the drive shaft for the accessories might slide over the end of the crankshaft output and not rigidly fixed - allowing removal in one piece ? Or... not ! Still working on finding out what let go inside mine ... have found some larger chunks of non ferrous bits when looking down a few intake tubes .. If it is like the M14, it a spline drive. Crack the case and slide straight apart. Hi Bill, I have a friend who has just translated my Russian Logbooks for me. I can ask her or you if you like? You would need to either post them over, or scan and email them to her I guess. We are in New Zealand, so not just next door! Cheers Chris Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=468993#468993

Yep, I tried those sites too. They are probably quite good for general day to day translation, but they struggle with the more technical writings. The result of one attempt reminded me of Monty Python... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2YYM209GJoE Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=469008#469008

Thanks ! That sounds like a good design concept for ease of replacement.! Also. How hard is cylinder over haul ( just lapping valve seats and honing - to hopefully restore the valve sealing after the fine particles from the supercharger got in there ...
