Subject: | Voltage Regulator for NANCHANG CJ-6A |
Hello Need Help we have a NANCHANG CJ-6A fitted with a JTY-1A Voltage Regulator
which we believe is U/S and need a replacement!
Can anyone suggest where to get one? Generator is off line since the brush spring
sorted it all out when it broke off.

One of the first things to check is the length of the reflective tape and the distance
of the tape to the optical pickup. The greater the distance the long
the Tape must be. If too short, it will give errors or erratic RPM readings.
The next thing is to check to verify that nothing is flapping in front of the
optical sensor while at cruise power. This could cause the same issues as above.
lastly verify that the vibration sensor is attached to the front mounting
bolts of the "pumpkin" as far FWD as possible. If all else fails, I would
say the Ace machine is out of call or broke.
