Subject: Air system trouble

Hello,
Last week, I flew the YAK52 and everything was normal, after the start, the bottle
was charged even before take off. Then, on another flight, I started the engine,
the gage indicated around 30, during the warm up, taxi and all flight (30
min), the air system went down to 20 due to use of flaps and gear retraction/extension.
I hear a light leak but not sure of the origine.
Today, same thing happened. First flight was non event, second flight, same problem.
Any input?
