When I first started flyi ng my Yak, my GIB had a really nice BOSE headset that (I'm guessing) affect ed the impedance of the system, because my intercom was marginal until she switched headsets - then it was loud and proud. We only stumbled on that by accident when she would not have her gear on hand for flying. The end of the wire seems to be burned. I have checked the continuity and it is ok but not touching the spring. Could you give me any advice? Is it possible to buy a new one wire complete? the spring must be replaced?
