Thanks Dennis, so this is the reducing valve? You had said the reducing valve
was in the upper right of your picture, and this is in the lower right, so just
confirming before I buy a replacement (noone seems to have kits right now).

Strange that it blows out that open port. I'm assuming it is there for a reason
and doesn't need capped.

I know this isn't one of the sets mentioned, but I have a Bose port and use Bose
sets in my Yak. I cut ANR off for takeoff and landing, but it is GREAT for everything
else. Engine is a LOUD rumble that makes it hard to hear what people
are saying on the radio, then I switch on ANR and it is a quiet hum, really nice.
I just got a clarity aloft type set that I'm going to try out once I correct an
air leak. It isn't ANR, but as stated above, I'm hoping the earplugs plus helmet
seal are just as good.
