The engineers here in Oz though not definite all indicate thay think they still need Hydro testing. Is there some documentation in the US that perhaps we might use to convince the engineers here ? You would have to ask your engineer what he could think of that could be put into a stainless steel tank to cause the ID to loose it's original structural strength or integrity? Over pressure maybe?? Our compressors are not capable of developing enough pressure to accomplish this. I would ask that he elaborate a bit so I might better understand the basis for his opinion.
