You most likely have a leaking gear actuator. Air is passing from the
DOWN side of the actuator past the internal seals and exiting out the UP
side of one or more of the actuators.
If you purchased a new gear selector from Doug, then it is unlikely the
new gear selector is leaking.

Had the same series of events. Problem was solved after replacing both of the original
main gear actuators.

If the actuators have not been overhauled or replaced in the last 7 or so y
ears, you may want to seriously consider overhauling or replacing them.=C2
- Diverter valves too.Dennis

auction.
It is 260HP and was installed on a Yak 18A and was removed for an upgrade to an
M14P. I also have the prop and hub.
