Subject: | Tach generator M14P |
I have been making repeated field repairs to my tach generator the past year with
mixed results. The cannon plug assembly has broken pins which need to be soldered
and bedded in epoxy about every 5-10 hours. Cliff Coy and Jill have been
unable to find the necessary parts so I have improvised and kept it working
but the last jury rig is sure to fail eventually. Does anyone have a spare they
want to sell?
Thanks,
Dan Caldwell

Subject: | Mixture lever placard |
I got this in my spare parts box when I bought the plane.
I assume the mixture plate placard?
If it is I am inclined to put it on.
So you put the mixture lever at the altitude marked, when flying at that altitude,
but which power setting are this markings for?
