Each year at the end of the List Fund Raiser, I post a message acknowledging everyone that so generously made a Contribution to support the Lists. Its my way of publicly thanking everyone that took a minute to show their appreciation for the Lists. Please take a moment and assure that your name is on that List of Contributors (LOC)! Assure that your name is on this year's LOC! Show others that you appreciate the Lists. From: "Vic" Hmm, still sounds like bad engine rubber mounts or loose engine cowling or cowling seats . . . "Feels' like my headset has become permanently voice activated. This is an issue only in flight (noise related?). Concurrently, head-set volume appears to have dropped off. I have tried with different headsets, removed one connect then the other, and repeatedly pressed the PTT switch on the throttle to no avail. Squelch setting on the radio changes very little. I do NOT have a separate intercom like a PS 1200. Are there any known issues with malfunctioning intercom switches etc on CJs or is my radio toast? If so maybe the switch in the rear cockpit has been left on. Just a guess since this entire system is part of the 295 lbs. of elec. equipment and wiring, etc. I remove and discard at each CJ restoration. As a result I have no knowledge of the system operation. This is the Y shaped segment that connects the final overboard exhaust pipe to the ring on the starboard side. The cylinder exhaust flange on mine has been rebuilt/welded twice and is now not looking too good. Anyone have one for sale?
