Subject: | CJ Nose gear pressure |
After watching many videos of my plane taxiing around, I noticed that the nose
gear never seems to dampen when going over bumps etc. the tire gives and that
seems to be the only shock absorbing Im getting from 5e nose gear. So in reality
how much is the nose gear supposed to give and dampen and is it possible the
nose gear pressure is too high and how do I adjust it if it is.

Due to the quality of the grass strip at my base, Ive sheared this bolt on the
nose gear. What do I need please? The Parts Manual says HB1-503G1x70x10 but I
need that in British English please.
M6x10mm or something else? High tensile presumably...
Thanks.

Unless I have missed a photo here the only thing I see missing is a grease
fitting plus one hell of a messy nose gear.
If this is your missing part I would have to assume you do not have a
Chinese (or Russian) grease gun and occasionally use it, otherwise you could
not possibly
mistake this for a bolt.
