SUPERB YAK52 has been seen (and photographed) by many, many people on
the
Air Display scene, and consequently has been lovingly cared for and
maintained to an EXEMPELARY standard by a professional CAA Approved
aircraft
maintenance organisation (Aero Anglia Ltd). You will not find another
YAK52
with such a complete history, having been maintained by the same
organisation (in fact by the same CAA approved maintenance engineer) for
the
past 25 years! The flying history of this aircraft is also completely
seamless, there having been only two previous owners in the past 25
years,
all residing at the same (current) airfield in East Anglia. This is one
of
those rare aircraft that we know absolutely EVERYTHING about!
THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A GREAT AEROPLANE AND TO HAVE AS MUCH
FUN AS
WE HAVE HAD!

Subject: | Another weight and balance question |
Im just trying to figure out if the numbers I have for my airplane are correct.
It seems that I have a very high main wheel load for the left and right sides.
My nose wheel load looks accurate at 610 lbs for my M-14B motor.
When I received my airplane the weight and balance sheet that was used shows 1185
pounds for the left main and 1150 pounds for the right man. This was calculated
with the original paint and all of the avionics removed from the bay. This
seems to be approximately 200 pounds more per side than the average weight and
balance numbers I have seen for other CJ-6As.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
SAM
