    Actually, thats about 300 lbs extra each side... I'd re-weigh your airplane.     Is it possible that they weighed the plane with full tanks and a guy sitting in it and didnt subtract that out. It would be 30 gallons in each wing with a 200 lb guy in the airplane and that would equal the extra 300 lbs per side.
