Paintball/scuba bottles

      I have a question for those who carry the smaller portable paintball gun/scuba
      pony bottles. Im looking at getting something like that to take with me on trips
      for the obvious reasons. 
      
      Im curious to hear how you have them set up. What size bottles are you carrying?
      Ive been looking at the 60ish cubic inch paintball bottles. My other question
      is in regard to the plumbing from the bottle to the airframe air refill port.
      What kind of regulator are you using on the bottle? Is it just a stock regulator
      that comes with the bottle? How do you meter the air out of the bottle so
      it doesnt fill the aircraft tank too quickly? I guess my main question is piece
      by piece what kind of fittings are you using starting from the bottle to the
      Airframe refill port fitting?

      I run a 2L bottle at 4500psi. I just use the stock paint ball req. I very very
      slowly just crack the reg its very controllable.
