Just one more update : File is accepted by the court and under investigation.
EASA is also opening an investigation for non airworthy spare parts and dangerous
parts.
Just to remind :
Ordered 1 air compressor overhauled, received an old one just repainted. I asked
a refund and they refused, they send another one, exactly same shit.
Returned both and I asked refund. they said they cannot refund because they paid
the military overhaul...They refused to take both compressor when they were
delivered by post.
They told me that I have to sign a new agrement for parts in exchange as no refund
is possible and since that they do not answer any email or phone call.
Compressors are now lost somewhere in a postal hangar.
Avoid these crocks and dangerous guy for our planes.
