Good morning all- Fishing for some tips & advice, this time on changing the p/n *GUR-7I* fuel quantity transmitter, out in the main fuel tanks. Specifically, I plan to soon install a new one in my left-hand, standard main tank w/ 2 new gaskets. Background: troubleshooting all the wiring shows that the inop L/H red "fuel low" light in both cockpits is owing to the transmitter unit; all wiring, bulbs, sockets test healthy happy & continuous. Has anyone changed out the fuel qty unit, and has tricks & tips to share? Traps to avoid? Good or bad experiences? Thanks, no rush- Justin Drafts N280NC Seattle area
