I recently replaced the o-ring for the primer handle and it's not very smooth to pump. I read somewhere that someone lubed their o-ring prior to installation? Any recommendations? Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=505541#505541

The reason it squeaks is because the o-ring is dry. You could very lightly lube it with Fuel Lube which is impervious to fuel and oil. Available from Aircraft Spruce. A 1 lb can will last the rest of your life. https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/pnpages/09-00180.php?gclid=CjwKCAiAzrWOBhBjEiwAq85QZ14_Y3yjr5A-pdyol_3ThA9ZyB-jtOMoTOYnXx10uyTK3Jg7aBYxJxoCz9EQAvD_BwE A. You mean like EZ-Turn? A can of that is magic. Just the right stickiness to hold washers and bolts onto your fingers while you get your hand into the aircrafts nether regions. > On Dec 30, 2021, at 3:06 PM, A.
