Subject: 12mm Cylinder Base Jet Nut wrenches
If you fly behind one of Mike Hanshew=99s highly-prized M14 engines, you=99ll recognize these 12 point =98Jet Nut=99 style cylinder base fast eners he uses, which have a conical base flange. [image: Image.jpeg] (The stock motor uses 14mm hex nuts with a tab washer securing adjacent pairs.) TYC has produced a batch of Cylinder Base nut wrenches for these 12 point 12mm Jet Nuts in the style & shape of the original Russian tool. [image: Image_1.jpeg] There=99s adequate clearance below the cylinder fins for the conical entry on this new wrench to engage a Jet Nut that has been hand-threaded onto the tip of the stud. ( proto wrench shown) [image: Image.png] Since 2019, more than 100 of TYC=99s 14mm Repro cylinder base nut wr enches have been sold to M14-P owners and maintainers worldwide. The same lifetime warranty applies to these 12mm Jet Nut wrenches, also made of normalized, heat-treated Chromoly, polished and plated for a lifetime of service. If you run a Yak maintenance shop, it=99s just a matter of time befor e a customer with one of Mike Hanshew=99s motors will fly in for a condit ional! I won=99t respond to pricing questions here on the forum so please co ntact John off-list for more details - thank you! Theyakcollection@gmail.com -- www.theyakcollection.com 619 933-2571
