Subject: | Yak 52 Landing Light |
Greetings, Redstars!
I have struggled with trying to find a suitable landing light, housing and
placement for such on my Yak for years. Maybe this is the year?! I was advi
sed against installing a retractable model in the lower leading edge. I'd b
e very interested to know if anyone has found something they appreciate tha
t actually illuminates the runway on short final.
'Hoping your '23 is off to a great start and I look forward to hearing from
you, friends!
THANK YOU!

You=99ll see a GE lamp bolted to the nose strut on many 52=99s
Rico.
.. Which should illuminate the runway nicely.
Mind you, the minute you pull power after the runway=99s made in a ni
ght
landing, all YOU are going to see is the blinding glow from the Red
Generation fail light.
It=99s a character builder for sure.
