It is most likely to be the cockpit gauge or the feed to it. Failures of
the accessory drive which turns the gearbox are incredibly rare,
although just possible! Richard.

| Subject: | YAK 52 Parts wanted |
Hi Everyone,
I am getting a overhauled engine soon to be installed. I am looking for a couple
parts for my YAK 52TW, and wondering if anyone have them. The first is the
cowl lock pin for one of the swing arms attached to the top firewall brackett.
overall length is about 57.15 mm, I thought I measured the thickness but cannot
find right now, I will include pictures. I am currently using a bolt and
nut that works just fine but I would like to find an original pin if possible
The second part is a nut retaining clip for the nuts on the side of the oil tank,
I will also include pictures, I am getting ready to fabricate one but if someone
has some clips available for a reasonable price I would be interested in
this.
