For info, the attachment is the Coroner's report into a fatal Yak-52 crash in 2019 off Stradbroke Island, Brisbane, Australia. I wonder if there will be any follow-on actions to affect the Australian Yak flyers. Anyone know where I can get hold of a set of seals for the nose oleo, please? It has deflated and won't reinflate. Some urgency as the annual is due...... [Embarassed] -------- CJ and Yak-52 owner Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=510608#510608

[Embarassed] I got mine (Yak52 nose) from Jill and team at http://m-14p.com/ I am about to order kits for both mains as well. She is also very active on the Yak FB group. My nose collapsed and the orings were very brittle. It wasn't a terrible rebuild but it was for sure a two person job. I am no expert but happy to share my experience with you if that somehow helps you. Mike Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=510609#510609

Thanks for your kind offer. In my part of the world, owner maintenance is pretty limited so it will be going to our maintenance organisation for the work. Ill try Jill if I have no luck locally. -------- CJ owner Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=510610#510610

If you don't mind sharing your experience after the work is done I would love to hear how it went. (I forget how spoiled we are over here sometimes... I can't imagine having to just write a check every single time it gets touched) Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=510611#510611
