With the problem being related to the starting coil, it is possible he was
attempting to hand prop the airplane?=C2- Or possibly he left the mag swi
tch on and was pulling the prop through at the time to clear any potential
hydraulic lock?=C2-
Regardless of how it happened, it is a great loss to our community.=C2- M
ay he rest in peace with God.=C2- He will be missed.

Yes Dennis, a great loss.
Technically correct but at the moment everything is speculation
regarding the circumstances.
One small consolation; there was another person with him, so he didn
=99t die alone. I=99ll refrain from making any other comments for
the time being.

Ik hoop dat die tweede persoon niet teveel miserie gaat krijgen: geen
pilotenbrevet en toch in de cockpit ...
Volgens de Fransen riskeert die man zelfs om beschuldigd te worden van
onvrijwillige doodslag.
Wat mij bevreest: als =C3=A9=C3=A9nmaal de verzekeringsmaatschappij zich ga
at moeien,
dan gaat die uiteindelijk altijd iemand zoeken die ze ervoor kunnen laten
opdraaien.
We hebben allemaal al wat kameraden verloren in aviation en ga maar eens na
in hoeveel gevallen de verzekeringsmaatschappijen een duivelsrol hebben
gespeeld.
