Oil temperature on Yak-s are in the oil tank. I have used this on the prop hub, and during rebuilding of brake valves etc. where you run across the same tight fit. My apologies =93 I had contacted Marcell, my colleague at Aerometal for photographs since although I handle all commercial aspects of the joint business, I don't physically have engines here. I knew that the oil temperature sender was in the oil system, and without thinking suggested the oil tank =93 but actually it is part of the oil filter housing mounted on the firewall.
