Subject: Tight Gear Handle

Just replaced a very stiff flap handle that eventually started leaking, and now
flap handle is fine but the gear handle is very hard to move!
This is only with air pressure applied. When there is no air pressure, the handles
move easily.
Could there be air leaking back through the system and pushing on the wrong side
of the selector disc inside the handle?
