Subject: | Brake Master Cylinder set up |
--> Zenith-List message posted by: "r.p.reynolds" <r.p.reynolds@blueyonder.co.uk>
Dear Zenith Builders,
I have just dropped the Fus onto its wheels It looking like a plane at last.
Could anyone tell me the correct distance from the foot pedal centre line to the
master cylinder pivoy point centre line. My Master cylinders are mounted on
the floor not to the pedal frame. The drawing I have shows the ones mounted on
the frame I think this may be the old way of doing the Job.
Thanks
Paul UK

Have installed heal brakes in my CH601HDS with no problems.
I simply added a hat shaped channel to the floor for reinforcement, and
located the master cylinder offset to the pedal. Easy to reach, and no
linkage problem.
Try it, you'll like it.
