I used an Olympus digital camera. This was on a low and slow ultralight
type airplane so streamlining wasn't necessary. On the Zodie I'll have
to get a little more creative.
Here's a couple pics of the ultralight mount. The camera is attached to
the mount with it's 1/4 inch tripod mount screw, and the two servos
operate the shutter and zoom.

I'd sure like to get a look at the setup Dr Huba used to get those great
shots he shared with us at

I've been gathering up a few instruments and radios to use on my Zodiac.
So far I've got a King KT-76A transponder, an Aerosonic encoding
altimeter (p/n 101627-01696L), and a Narco Com 120 TSO radio. These were
all used parts with no cables, plugs, or trays.
I'd sure like to find a place to download wiring diagrams or pinout
instructions for these kind of items. Anybody know where these can be
found on the net?
Rick

Hi John,
Sorry to hear about the emergency - glad to hear that you're still with us!
I've been 'grounded' a couple of times during my professional career, so I
realize that it can seem like a long road back. And my situation wasn't as
dramatic or life-threatening as yours.
Please allow me to say a couple of things:
First, I know of many professional pilots who have gone through open heart
surgery (even quadruple bypass) and they have been relicenced to fly
professionally. In fact some of these procedures are so well-known that it
is 'almost' routine now. I don't know your situation, and so I may be way
off-base here, but I hope this might provide some encouragement for you.
Second, may I suggest that you not move too fast on selling your aircraft...
While I was grounded, the building process was very therapeutic and
enjoyable - provided I worked in the right mode (i.e. avoiding setting
myself rigid deadlines, and just worked as long as I wasn't getting tired or
frustrated). Since accomplishing my first flight, I've had the wings off
and the aircraft stored back in my garage where I've continued to
build/upgrade many items. Building is still enjoyable while waiting for
spring.
In any case - I wish you the very best in your decision, and pray for your
full recovery.

Rick,
I'd email the companies that made these items. Bet they have
it all on file and accessible. Talk to a Radio repair group that
work on aircraft equipment. Start there.

If you have access to the Newsgroups, you can ask this question in
rec.aviation.homebuilt or one of the other aviation groups and you'll
probably find someone who has the information and can send it to you. Or
check the news group archives at http://www.google.com .

There are two connectors on the Narco Com 120. The information I have only
applies to connector J401-A as follows:
