Rotax has an expansion tank that you can find at LEAF, Lockwood, CPS, etc.

There are automotive overflow containers from JC Whitney or NAPA (or the
auto recycler), but many people use a bicycle water bottle.

Tim,
   Which heater cores are you using? Do you have a make and number? As I
understand it, that is the setup Reiner Hoffman used on his Stratus powered
Avid Flyer.
    I used a battery acid bottle from a motorcycle battery for my overflow.
Perfect size and fit nicely against the firewall. don Walker HDS Subaru
power.
